What is included in the rental rate?
All tiers include comprehensive insurance, regular maintenance, and 24-hour roadside assistance. Altitude One includes central Singapore delivery and 200 km daily mileage. Altitude Two adds a vehicle briefing and suggested routes. Altitude Three includes white-glove service and dedicated concierge support.
How far in advance should I book?
Altitude One and Two vehicles can typically be reserved 24-48 hours ahead, subject to availability. Altitude Three requires a 72-hour minimum lead time due to the preparation involved. Weekend bookings are recommended one week in advance during peak periods.
What are your fuel and mileage policies?
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. Altitude One includes 200 km daily mileage; additional kilometers are charged at SGD 0.80 per km. Altitude Two and Three include flexible mileage appropriate to the booking duration, discussed during reservation.
What are the driver requirements?
All drivers must be at least 25 years old with a valid Singapore driving license (or valid foreign license with International Driving Permit) held for a minimum of two years. Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement at the time of booking.
Can I extend my rental period?
Extensions are accommodated when possible, subject to vehicle availability and advance notice. Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return to discuss extension terms and updated rates. Weekend and weekly rates apply to extended bookings.
What happens in case of damage or incident?
Comprehensive insurance covers most scenarios. A police report is required for all incidents. Depending on circumstances, an excess may apply as detailed in your rental agreement. Our team guides you through the process and handles claims administration.
