1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with the Rental Contract
• "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to novaridesys
• "Client," "you," or "your" refers to the person or entity renting the vehicle
• "Vehicle" means the automobile rented under this Agreement
• "Rental Period" means the time from vehicle handover to return
• "Authorized Driver" means the Client and any additional drivers listed on the Rental Contract

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our vehicle rental services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with the rental.

These Terms apply to all rentals conducted through novaridesys, whether booked online, by phone, or in person.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle from novaridesys, you must:

• Be at least 25 years of age
• Hold a valid Singapore driving license, or a valid foreign driving license with International Driving Permit
• Have held your driving license for a minimum of 2 years
• Provide valid identification (passport or NRIC)
• Possess a valid credit card in your name for payment and security deposit
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and may decline rentals at our discretion.

4. Booking and Reservations

4.1 Reservation Process

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or email. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.

4.2 Advance Notice

• Altitude One: 24-48 hours minimum
• Altitude Two: 48-72 hours minimum
• Altitude Three: 72 hours minimum

4.3 Availability

While we make every effort to provide the reserved vehicle, we reserve the right to substitute with a comparable or higher tier vehicle if the original is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Rental Fees

Rental rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include:

• Vehicle rental for specified period
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• 24-hour roadside assistance
• Goods and Services Tax (GST) at prevailing rates

5.2 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required:

• Altitude One: SGD 2,000
• Altitude Two: SGD 5,000
• Altitude Three: SGD 10,000

The deposit is held on your credit card and released within 14 business days of vehicle return, subject to no damages or violations.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Full payment is required at the time of vehicle handover.

5.4 Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for:

• Excess mileage beyond included allowance (SGD 0.80 per km)
• Late return (pro-rata daily rate plus 20% surcharge)
• Fuel replacement if not returned full
• Traffic violations, parking fines, or toll charges
• Cleaning fees for excessive interior soiling
• Damage repair costs beyond insurance coverage

6. Insurance and Liability

6.1 Included Coverage

Comprehensive insurance included covers:

• Third-party liability up to statutory limits
• Own damage to the vehicle
• Theft protection
• Passenger liability

6.2 Excess Liability

In the event of damage or theft, you are responsible for the excess amount:

• Altitude One: SGD 3,000
• Altitude Two: SGD 5,000
• Altitude Three: SGD 8,000

6.3 Insurance Exclusions

Insurance does not cover:

• Damage caused by reckless or negligent driving
• Driving under influence of alcohol or drugs
• Use of vehicle for illegal purposes
• Damage to tires, wheels, or undercarriage from off-road use
• Interior damage from smoking or pets
• Loss of keys or remote controls

7. Client Responsibilities

7.1 Proper Use

You must:

• Operate the vehicle in accordance with Singapore traffic laws
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition during rental
• Check fluid levels and tire pressure regularly
• Report any mechanical issues immediately
• Keep the vehicle locked when unattended
• Return the vehicle clean and in the same condition as received

7.2 Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Allow unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle
• Use the vehicle for racing, competitions, or driver training
• Transport illegal goods or substances
• Sublease or provide ride-sharing services
• Smoke in the vehicle or transport pets (unless pre-approved)
• Exceed posted speed limits or drive recklessly
• Drive on unpaved roads or in off-road conditions

7.3 Incidents and Damage

In case of accident, theft, or damage:

• Contact us immediately at +65 6718 2945
• File a police report within 24 hours
• Do not admit liability or make settlements without our authorization
• Provide full details and documentation to us within 48 hours

8. Vehicle Handover and Return

8.1 Handover Process

At handover, we will conduct a vehicle inspection with you and document the condition. You acknowledge this condition by signing the Rental Contract.

8.2 Return Requirements

You must return the vehicle:

• At the agreed date, time, and location
• With a full fuel tank (same level as handover)
• In clean condition, inside and outside
• With all keys, documents, and accessories

8.3 Late Return

If you return the vehicle late without prior authorization, you will be charged the daily rate plus a 20% surcharge for each day or part thereof delayed.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

9.1 Cancellation by Client

• More than 72 hours before rental: Full refund
• 48-72 hours before rental: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours: No refund

9.2 Cancellation by Company

We may cancel a booking if the vehicle becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a comparable replacement or provide a full refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Our total liability is limited to the rental fees paid for the affected booking
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle
• We do not guarantee specific vehicle availability or features

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold novaridesys harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the vehicle, including violations of traffic laws, damage to property, or injury to persons during the rental period.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the rental and repossess the vehicle without notice if:

• You violate any terms of this Agreement
• You provided false information during booking
• The vehicle is used for illegal purposes
• Payment authorization fails or is declined

No refund will be provided for terminated rentals.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Before pursuing legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Rental Contract, constitute the entire agreement between you and novaridesys.

14.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

14.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement without our written consent.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
